Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or making a prediction on Hunch (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. The Service is a free game intended for entertainment and is not available where prohibited.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for issues caused by unauthorized account access where reasonable security on your end was not maintained.

4. Points & gameplay

The Service is a free game of skill. You make predictions on the outcome of listed events and earn or spend virtual points based on how your predictions perform. Predictions are final once submitted.

• Points are virtual, have no cash or monetary value, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or redeemed for money or anything else of value.
• Nothing is paid in and nothing is paid out. There are no deposits, no withdrawals, and no real money at any stage.
• The Service is completely free to play. Points exist only to keep score and power the leaderboard.

5. Outcomes & scoring

Predictions are scored against the outcome sources listed on each event page. When an event settles, points are added to or deducted from your running score. Operator decisions on edge cases are final unless successfully queried within the listed window. Points and scores may be adjusted or reset at any time (for example, at the start of a new season).

6. No monetary value

Points, scores, badges, and leaderboard positions are part of the game only. They are non-transferable, non-redeemable, and carry no cash value. We may modify, expire, or remove points and in-game items at any time, and doing so does not entitle you to any compensation.

7. Prohibited activity

• Cheating, colluding, or manipulating scores or the leaderboard.
• Operating multiple accounts per person.
• Using bots or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage without prior written permission.
• Abusing, harassing, or spamming other players or staff.

8. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts for violation of these terms. Because points have no monetary value, closing an account does not entitle you to any payment or compensation.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hunch is a game for entertainment only. It is not gambling, not betting, not a financial or investment product, and nothing on the Service is financial, investment, or legal advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hunch and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms with at least 14 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
